PotentONE Auctions · Flagship product

One auction. Anywhere.

Host one online or hybrid auction for people in the room and people anywhere else. Open bidding before event day, keep remote bidders involved during the event, and let someone who leaves early continue bidding from their phone.

The public working build uses fictional information and does not create real bids or payments. Production access remains capability-gated until the pilot-readiness requirements are complete.

Before, during, and after the event

The auction does not have to begin when the doors open.

Before

Collect items and open bidding early.

Item collection can start weeks in advance. Bidding can open three to seven days before the event so supporters can participate before event night.

During

Everyone bids in the same auction.

People at the venue bid from their phones while remote supporters see the same items and current bids. QR codes can jump directly to a specific item.

After

Close cleanly and know who won.

Scheduled closing, winner notifications, organizer tracking, and payment or pickup status keep the handoff from turning into a spreadsheet scramble.

Item intake

Donors can submit. Organizers stay in control.

Parents, businesses, sponsors, volunteers, and donors can submit an item through a link or QR code. Submission is intake, not publication. Nothing goes live until the organizer reviews it.

Donor submits → Organizer reviews → Organizer edits/approves → Item publishes → Auction opens → Remote/in-person bidding → Auction closes → Winners generated

Core auction capabilities

Enough structure to run the auction without forcing the event into somebody else's template.

Bidding can open days before the event
Remote and in-person bidders use the same auction
QR codes can open individual auction items
Item photos, descriptions, current bid, and minimum next bid
Bidder registration and verification
Real-time bidding and outbid notifications
Scheduled closing and winner notifications
Organizer dashboard and winner tracking

Payments

Keep the payment process that already works.

An organization does not have to replace its existing payment process just to use the auction workflow. Payment integration can be scoped separately when it adds real value.

Why PotentONE

Customization, flexibility, and direct support.

PotentONE Auctions is not trying to win by being a cheaper copy of a canned fundraising platform. The advantage is shaping the auction around the organization's actual event, volunteers, payment process, and operating constraints.

See the workflow

Try bidding before talking about features.

The working build makes the flow concrete. Then Potent can discuss what your organization would keep, change, integrate, or leave out.
