Made for real life

Less “where was that?” More “I've got it.”

Kivo is not another app whose job ends when you check a box. It is being built around the things a household needs to remember across people and time.

01

Shopping that does not get lost in a text thread.

Keep the household shopping picture together so the next person at the store knows what is needed.

02

Remember where you put the thing.

Build a shared memory for storage spots and everyday household items instead of searching the basement again.

Storage & household records

03

Keep up with what the house needs.

See home-care tasks and reminders in one place instead of leaving the entire checklist in one person's head.

Home care & follow-up

A simple start

Open the real app. Start with your household.

Sign up with an email and password, confirm your email if requested, and start exploring Kivo. We are improving the pilot based on real household use rather than selling a list of future features.

Pilot transparency

Useful now. Getting better.

Live experience: You can open the Kivo web app and create an account.

Current price: Free during the pilot. No credit card needed.

Still in development: Some household features and onboarding flows may change.

No surprises: If pricing ever changes, Potent will explain paid options before asking for payment.

Good questions before you get started.

Is Kivo actually available?

Kivo has a working web app and a public account entry point. It is still in pilot, so features and the onboarding experience can change as Potent improves it.

How much is it?

The current pilot is free. Creating an account does not require a credit card. Potent has not announced a paid Kivo subscription, so there is no paid plan to purchase here.

Do other people in my household need accounts?

Kivo is designed around a shared household. How people join or access a household depends on the current account and invitation flows inside the app.

What if my verification email does not arrive?

Check your spam or promotions folder. The Kivo sign-in screen also provides a confirmation resend option when the app determines an email is still awaiting confirmation. If you remain stuck, contact Potent.
