Yes. Device retirement is a natural follow-up to a data-transfer or new-computer setup project. The old device should not be handed off until the agreed files are transferred or backed up and the retirement approach is confirmed.
Do you take old tube TVs or CRT monitors?
Not under the standard pickup service. Iowa has specific requirements for collecting CRT equipment, so Potent will direct those items to an appropriate registered collection or recycling option rather than accepting them as ordinary electronics pickup.
Can you handle electronics from a business?
Yes, but business equipment is reviewed separately because consumer drop-off programs may not accept organizational equipment and data-handling needs can be different.
